Our move-out cleaning prices range from $260 to $700 depending on your property size and condition. Studio/1-bedroom apartments start at $260-$325, while larger homes (2,000-3,000 sq ft) range from $550-$700. We offer flat-rate pricing so you know exactly what you'll pay upfront — no surprises!

We recommend booking 3-5 days in advance to guarantee your preferred date and time. However, we do offer same-day and next-day service when available (subject to a 20% rush fee). End of month is our busiest time, so book early if you're moving at month-end!

Our comprehensive move-out cleaning includes: deep cleaning of kitchen (inside oven, fridge, dishwasher, cabinets), sanitizing all bathrooms, cleaning all floors (vacuuming, mopping), wiping baseboards, light switches, door frames, cleaning inside closets, window sills, and light fixtures. We bring all supplies and equipment — you don't need to provide anything!

No, you don't need to be present! Many of our clients leave a key or provide access through a lockbox, building manager, or realtor. We just need a way to get in and a phone number to reach you if we have any questions. We'll send you photos when the job is complete.

Cleaning time varies by property size: Studio/1-bedroom (4-5 hours), 2-3 bedroom (5-7 hours), 3-4 bedroom (7-9 hours), and larger homes (9-11 hours). For larger properties, we often send a team of 2-3 cleaners to get the job done faster. We'll give you an estimated completion time when you book.
